Philip Bloomfield- Founder: 

Philip began his journey in the insurance sector by offering car insurance policies. It didn’t take long for him to recognise that health insurance was a top priority for the growing expat community along the coast. With this insight, Philip established a strong partnership with Medifiatc, a respected mutual health insurance provider, and set Bsure on the path to becoming a trusted name in the market.

Although now retired, Philip remains a valued presence in the office. He continues to enjoy the day-to-day environment and is always happy to offer a warm welcome and helpful advice to client

David Bloomfield-  Managing Director:

David Bloomfield began his career in the London insurance market, gaining valuable experience at Zurich Professional and QBE. In 2008, he joined the family business, Bsure, with the initial goal of completing a brokering course. This qualification enabled Bsure to collaborate with multiple insurers and offer clients the most suitable policies tailored to their needs.

Over the next seven years, David immersed himself in the business, developing a deep understanding of the insurance landscape and building strong relationships with top insurers. In 2015, Bsure evolved into an SL company and transitioned from a home-based operation to a spacious office in El Rosario.

Today, David serves as the Managing Director of Bsure. His specialist areas include health insurance, professional liability, and all-risk cover, where his expertise ensures clients receive the best possible advice and protection.

Mary Bloomfield - Marketing:

Mary plays a key role in Marketing, client relations, and networking for Bsure. You’ll often find Mary at ladies' lunches and local events—always ready with a smile and a friendly chat. Don’t be surprised if she asks who your insurance is with, and of course, she'll remind you to get in touch with Bsure when it’s time to renew!
