Should each home owner have a private home policy in place?

Yes, we recommend each home owner to have a private home policy in place. The 3 main reasons for this are: 

1. To cover liability from their property to nieghours- due to fire or water damage 
2. Liability for visitors to their property 
3. Internal wall, pipes and electric cover as community policy will only cover the buildings struction and comunal zones.
